This couple was building their dream retirement home and wanted a warm, classic feel. With that direction in mind, we layered the interior with stacked stone, rich wood, and custom craftsmanship. Smart technology is incorporated in every area of this home, from the sound system to the gas fireplace, everything can be adjusted with the touch of a button. One of the challenges to this lot was to ensure that both the view of the golf course and the view of the lake were adequately taken in the design consideration and position of the home.
